Texas Gas Utility Services, Inc. (“Texas Gas”) is the operations and management arm of both Universal Natural Gas, Inc. (“UniGas”), Consumers Gas Company, Inc. (“Consumers Gas”) and Gas Energy, LLC (“GasEnergy”).

UniGas, Consumers Gas and GasEnergy provide safe, economical, and comfort of naturals gas heating to over 12,000 people in Montgomery, Harris, Walker and Houston Counties, Texas through a network of over 1,000,000 feet of distribution gas mains.  Texas Gas serves to consolidate accounting, management, service and emergency functions for UniGas, Consumers Gas and GasEnergy.  Combining these responsibilities results in greater efficiency and substantially lower tariffs for our customers.
